Nicole McLemore has always loved to bake. She is well known in the community for her delicious pies, cakes, irresistible cookies, and tasty sweet treats. Whenever there is a celebration, Nicole's baked goods were always an anticipated treat. In 2003, Nicole began giving samples out to anyone and everyone that she met. The orders started pouring in, just by word of mouth, convincing her to share her magical baking talent with the community-at-large. Nicole never thought about opening a business; she just loved to bake. By the Fall of 2003, Nicole's family helped her come up with and announce the name of her new sweets business, " The Sugar Shack ." 

The Sugar Shack is now famous for the delicious desserts created, however it is well known for it's signature "bites of delight". Consistent quality, has made The Sugar Shack a favorite. Not only are the freshest ingredients used for the desserts and sweets, but they always finish it off with a sprinkling of love.
